Measurements and size charts are approximate. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart and product information before ordering.

SECTION 6 – PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some OAKICON products may be personalized, printed, embroidered, customized, or produced after an order is submitted.

By ordering a personalized product, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming all submitted details, including:

• Dates;

• Messages;

• Images;

• Text;

• Colors;

• Sizes;

• Product options;

• Spelling;

• Design selections;

• Shipping information.

OAKICON is not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer.

Once a personalized or made-to-order product enters production, it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.

Personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective, damaged, materially different from the approved order, or otherwise qualify under our Refund Policy.

Production previews, mockups, and digital representations are provided for reference. Minor production differences may occur.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

When you upload or submit photographs, names, text, logos, illustrations, artwork, designs, or other materials, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it;

• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;

• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, or obscene;

• The content does not contain malware or harmful code;

• Producing the requested product will not violate applicable law.

You retain ownership of your submitted content.

However, you grant OAKICON and our authorized production and fulfillment partners a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Access;

• Store;

• Reproduce;

• Resize;

• Adjust;

• Format;

• Print;

• Manufacture;

• Transmit;

• Fulfill;

the submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, deliver, and support your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit.

SECTION 8 – OUTDOOR PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Outdoor, fishing, camping, trekking, and recreational activities involve inherent risks, including injury, property damage, exposure to weather, wildlife encounters, drowning, falling, equipment failure, and other hazards.

Customers are responsible for:

• Reading all product instructions and warnings;

• Inspecting products before use;

• Using products only for their intended purpose;

• Wearing appropriate protective equipment;

• Understanding local conditions;

• Following applicable laws and safety requirements;

• Evaluating their own ability and experience;

• Supervising children and dependent users.

Unless specifically stated in the product description, OAKICON products are not intended to replace certified professional, rescue, medical, climbing, flotation, survival, or emergency equipment.

A product’s inclusion in an outdoor, fishing, camping, or trekking category does not mean that it is suitable for every activity or environment.

Do not use a damaged, modified, incorrectly fitted, or improperly maintained product.

Stop using a product immediately if it shows signs of failure, excessive wear, damage, or unsafe operation.

SECTION 9 – RESTRICTED AND REGULATED PRODUCTS

Certain outdoor products, tools, accessories, or equipment may be subject to age restrictions, transportation restrictions, import rules, or local laws.

Before ordering or using a product, you are responsible for confirming that:

• The product is lawful in your jurisdiction;

• You meet applicable age requirements;

• The product may be legally imported, possessed, transported, and used;

• Your intended use complies with local laws;

• The product may be accepted by the selected carrier or destination.

OAKICON is not responsible for confiscation, penalties, delays, or losses arising from a customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted.

• Confirmed that the order can be fulfilled;

• Sent an order confirmation or begun production.

When an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Production and delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities arising before the termination date.

These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide Services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
